I've been sitting on a finished manuscript for a few months now and finally started digging into what publishing a book in Canada actually looks like these days. Traditional route seems like a slog with all the rejections and waiting around, so I've been leaning toward self publishing instead. Came across Book Publishing Canada while researching and liked that they handle editing, cover design, and getting your book onto Amazon and Kindle without taking a cut of your royalties.
