Hi everyone,
I nearly got caught out by a buyer who sent me a screenshot of a "completed" bank transfer for a high-end watch. The font on the confirmation number looked just a tiny bit thicker than the rest of the text, which immediately raised a red flag.
I decided to wait for the funds to clear before shipping, and sure enough, the money never arrived. It’s scary how easy it is for scammers to manipulate these screenshots nowadays. We really need a community tool for a quick picture fake check.
