I've been driving a 2015 Toyota Camry for the past three years and I've always just taken it to the dealer for everything because I didn't know any better. But the last service they quoted me nearly 2,000 dirhams for what seemed like a basic inspection and oil change, and I finally realized I'm probably overpaying. A colleague at work told me I should find an independent shop that specializes in Japanese cars but he couldn't recommend a specific one. I'm looking for a reliable mechanic service abu dhabi has that won't try to sell me things I don't need and has fair labor rates. I don't need anything fancy, just someone who can do oil changes, brake pads, and tell me honestly when something is actually broken versus just "recommended" maintenance. Does anyone here have a trusted mechanic for a boring daily driver like mine? I'm on a budget but I also don't want the cheapest place that cuts corners.
